His professional driving force is to help people grow. He held managerial positions in industrial services for 20 years, driven by the desire to help the people around him to evolve. Then he decided to reorient himself and start using alternative pedagogies to develop the skills needed for a management renewal, and to enable future leaders to give meaning to their professional lives.
