HOW TO PRESERVE YOUR PERSONAL VALUES AND MOTIVATIONS IN A WORLD OF WORK IN CRISIS?

Driven by the challenges posed by the ecological footprint of their professional activities for some, and marked by the effects of telecommuting for others, many managers want to change jobs, to defend their values or preserve their personal motivations.

However, in this context of crisis, they are also sometimes confronted with a preoccupying economic situation, and question the relevance of leaving a well-trodden path because it would be "urgent to wait" .... How can we resolve this dilemma of values and crises in the world of work?

The aim of this conference, based on the expertise developed by Primaveras, is to show how university graduates can reconcile their career choices with the challenges they face.graduates can reconcile bold career choices for the planet or for their own health, with realism in their relationship to the job market!
