IDENTIFY YOUR TRANSFERABLE SKILLS FOR A MOVE TO A NEW PROFESSION
What is my capital of transferable skills?
👉 The question often arises of how to get to know oneself better, so as to know which professions to reposition oneself towards.
To this end, one of the keys will be to identify your "transferable" skills to open up a field of possibilities for future mobility (reconversions, job changes).
Facilitated using an educational and interactive method centered on participants' experience.
Limited to 12 participants to combine personalization and group dynamics.
👉 The workshop will be led by the Primaveras team, specialized in the professional development of executives seeking meaning at work.
