A&M Conference Dinner - Patrick Koller CEO, Forvia (Faurecia)

Auto Club / GP27

We are pleased to invite you to the next conference organized by Club Auto / GP27 on Monday May 2, in the presence of Patrick Koller, CEO of Faurecia. This conference is co-organized with the Cercle La Rochefoucauld.

It's a great time to welcome Patrick Koller to the Avenue d'Iéna. Faurecia has just completed the acquisition of German lighting and electronics supplier Hella. The new entity, renamed Forvia, becomes the world's 7th-largest automotive supplier, and is forecasting sales of €33bn by 2025. Faurecia has also taken independence, via a spin-off, from its historical shareholder Stellantis.

In a fast-changing automotive industry, with major developments such as the transition to electric, connected and autonomous vehicles, Faurecia has defined two technological axes in its strategy: "Sustainable Mobility" and "Cockpit of the Future". The company is doubling down on Hydrogen with its Symbio joint venture and its recent partnership with Air Liquide. Following the acquisition of Clarion, Hella will enable the Group to move up a gear in terms of electronics and software expertise.

The last few months have been difficult for all equipment manufacturers, with significant drops and fluctuations in volumes due to the lack of semi-conductors, and increased pressure on prices with the marked return of inflation on raw materials.

We'll have plenty of questions for Patrick Koller, to help us understand his vision of the market and Forvia's future.

The event will take place in person at 7:00 pm at the Salon des Arts et Métiers, 9bis avenue d'Iéna, 75116 Paris, and as a webinar on Zoom. The number of face-to-face participants is likely to be limited, depending on the health context.
