Facilitator: Florie Allenet, coach and facilitator in collective and emotional intelligence. She helps organizations deploy their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy and approach.

This workshop is an opportunity to experiment together with our experiences, our professional backgrounds, to deconstruct situations and learn together from our emotions.

Men and women, we have received an education, we have developed in a society that assigns us certain roles, certain ways of expressing ourselves and behaving. This is also true when it comes to emotions: depending on our professional and personal experiences, we don't all have access to the same emotions, because they are not perceived in the same way by those around us.

An angry man: he's got a grip! And an angry woman, is she hysterical?

A woman who cries: she's sensitive, a good mother. And a man who cries, is he weak?
