For its fifth edition, on June 26, 2024, the Journée ExpérientiELLE returns to the Evergreen Laurel Hôtel in Levallois. This major professional event, supported by the City of Levallois, is open to all working women, executives and company directors.

An exceptional event!
Round tables, professional workshops, a women's networking bar, flash coaching sessions... The ExpérientiELLE day celebrates women's success and gender diversity in business, with a wide range of events and opportunities for exchange. Once again this year, the program can be fully customized \from the moment you register online, and subject to availability of places - to enable everyone to enjoy the experience of their choice throughout the day.
The fifth edition of the Journée ExpérientiELLE has been developed with the support of Paris Ouest La Défense, MEDEF 92 and the CCI des Hauts-de-Seine, as well as the Levallois-based association L'Lead. Several women's professional networks are mobilized for the occasion.
In the morning, with the support of the event's many partner women's networks, two round-table discussions will highlight the many talents of women. They are creative, they are innovative and, whether they are managers, sportswomen or engineers, they are all leaders who have broken through the glass ceiling. " These women's journeys are a source of inspiring energy, whose exemplary value should be shared without moderation! With testimonials from personalities from groups such as BNP Paribas, Engie and Devoteam, it's also a spotlight on the remarkable initiatives that employers are deploying to raise parity to the highest corporate level ", emphasizes Eva Haddad, Deputy Mayor in charge of Sport, Legal Affairs and Women's Rights.
After lunch, there will be time for more personalized exchanges in workshops, a networking bar and even coaching. "Philippe Launay, Deputy Mayor for Human Resources, Corporate Relations, Entrepreneurship and Employment, explains: "The variety of activities, the diversity of speakers and the plurality of partners present make the Journée ExpérientiELLE a facilitating bubble, conducive to encounters, where sisterhood is the common thread running through the whole event.
