ESTACA's Training Department is pleased to invite you to the next conference in the Transition Wednesdays series, on the theme of:

" Extractivism and energy transition: a system under constraint? What consequences for transport? "

with Christophe POINSSOT, Managing Director of the Bureau de Recherches Géologiques et Minières.

Wednesday October 8 at 6pm - on the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines site and by video link

Characterized in particular by their heavy dependence on oil, transport is increasingly facing a new extractivist challenge: how to produce all the components for the energy transition, and electrification in particular? What are the impacts, constraints and limits, but also the differences with the extractivism of fossil fuels, which the energy transition aims to replace?
