Challenge F1 in Schools: an Estacian team in the world final
On March 8 and 9, the Sirius Racing Team (iDrogen Association) took part in the national final of the F1 in Schools challenge, at the Xtrem Park on the Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet. The teams, made up of 1st-year students, had to design a miniature Formula 1 car and challenge the competing teams in a variety of events.
In teams of 3 to 6 students, participants had to design, analyze, build, test and race a miniature Formula 1 car (10 x 20cm) on a track, using compressed air propulsion. The aim was to make the car as fast and efficient as possible.

The competition brings together teams from all over France. Their performance is assessed according to several criteria:
- the team's communication skills during oral tests to explain design and engineering choices;
- technical choices in terms of business project and vehicle design;
- race time and reaction time;
- the quality of the "Pit Display" presentation, in line with precise specifications.
After two days of competition and evaluation, the Sirius Racing Team, comprising Maxime, project manager, Raphaël, communications and design manager, Tino, finance manager and Théo, design manager, came 3rd in the professional category. This victory will enable them to represent France at the World Finals organized on a major circuit alongside a Formula 1 Grand Prix at the end of September!

In order to get there, they are actively looking for sponsors. Can you help?
