Junior ESTACA: Work today with tomorrow's engineers!

Junior ESTACA has been ESTACA's Junior Enterprise for over 40 years! Junior-Enterprises are non-profit student associations that operate a little differently from other associations. Set up within engineering, business or university schools, they enable students to put their learning into practice by providing services to professionals.

This association is very active, but often less prominent on the Alumni website than the technical associations. It's harder to communicate about pure business than about a plane to be built or a rocket launch!

But they've agreed to take part in the game, and we invite you to relive an afternoon at Junior ESTACA:

"This Thursday afternoon was a prospecting session for the Junior ESTACA sales team! The aim was to call up all the contacts made during the week to secure professional appointments.

A relaxed afternoon together, taking the time to get things right, without pressure - the perfect opportunity to work efficiently in a friendly, motivating atmosphere.

Well... let's face it, we managed to hit a few walls (which we're starting to collect). But that's part of the game, and the energy is still top-notch!

Special mention to Ewan, who introduced us to "role reversal" for the 1st time: while trying to set up a business meeting... he was the one who got prospected!

To spice things up a bit, we've set up a little performance chart. A competition was held, with a beer for the winner. Because even when it's hard work, we know how to keep our team spirit and good humour!"
