A partnership with KEDGE Business School enables 5th-year ESTACA students to join specialized courses in logistics and supply chain management.

A double degree in logistics and supply chain management to meet the needs of the transport industry

As part of its engineering program, ESTACA is looking to diversify its range of possible courses, and in particular to offer its students the opportunity to complement their engineering training with training in logistics and the supply chain. There is a great need for skills in this field in the transport sector, and dual skills are highly sought after by manufacturers. So, from the start of the 2024 academic year, ESTACA students will be able to enrich their engineering training with courses on supply chain methodologies and fundamentals, and supply chain management. They will benefit from experience in leading teams in a multicultural environment, within classes bringing together many nationalities with international teachers and numerous projects carried out in intercultural teams. They will also benefit from Kedge's supply chain management research center, as well as workshops and in-company projects during which students will carry out consulting assignments. The School's network of companies will also open up numerous internship and job opportunities in the field .

On completion of this dual training program, graduates will be able to take up jobs such as supply chain manager, supply chain manager, SCM manager for purchasing, distribution or production... both in the transport sector, in line with their training at ESTACA, and in other fields just as attractive to transversally trained engineers.

"Through this partnership, we are pursuing our objective of offering our students a wide variety of career paths, to meet the skills expected by companies. This double degree will enable students to continue their studies while developing new skills, opening the door to additional job opportunities."
Jean-Michel Durepaire, Director of ESTACA

Student or apprenticeship training

This double degree offers students from all ESTACA sites an alternative to their 5th year at KEDGE Business School, as part of an MSc or MS ISLI, either as part of a sandwich course or as initial training. This course will provide the students concerned with one of the three qualifications offered by KEDGE's Institut Supérieur de Logistique Industriel, which aims to train senior Supply Chain Management executives.

During their training year, students will be required to develop their professional experience through a 6-month internship for students admitted to the ISLI Master of Science program, and a one-year work-study program for those admitted to the ISLI Specialized Master® program.

To qualify for this double diploma, students must have at least completed their 4th year at ESTACA. They must also have a high level of English (TOEIC 785) or at least 1 year's experience in an English-speaking country.
